New Parish Centre
February 2006 marked the opening of the new Parish Centre at Ballyholme. The project has been completed very quickly in a number of months and we are indebted to our architect and builders for their help and hard work in making the centre such a success.
Everyone in the parish has been very pleased with the outcome - there is already a great demand for using the new facilities both from within the Parish and from the local community. We are offering tea and coffee every Monday morning and lunches on a Friday which have been a great success. There is also now coffee every Sunday morning after the 10am service served in the Parish Centre.
The formal opening of the new centre took place on Sunday 14 May when Bishop Jeremiah from our link diocese of Kajiado inKenya joined us to celebrate this new centre. 10% of all donations received for the building of the Centre have been given to Kajiado Diocese.
What better way to celebrate Ballyholme Parish's 50th Anniversary than with the opening of this fantastic new Centre.
